Dying in noob ships on a POS to create conts does count as an exploit and you did that on purpose. I hope GMs will deal with that and make sure we will get normal gameplay. Dieing at a POS in frigs to take fire away from battleships is not an exploit. Keep crying. Crying has nothing to do with this, I just want to shoot in your ugly faces instead of waiting 5 minutes until I see next frame in this crazy slide show.
